Oh no! It is probably because the purses that we feature on our social media usually sell out very quickly so it is possible that they are no longer available.
If you feel like you simply have to have that particular style, don't hesitate to message us. We will do our best to help.
We rarely restock our purses, however we always try to help and find a solution for you, so don't hesitate to message us.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Once your order's gone through, you should receive an email with an order number. If you don't receive an email, just double check that you've spelt your email address correctly. If you've checked and you're still unsure, send us a message, we will assist you further.
PLACING AN ORDER
Yes we do, we ship our items worldwide from our studios in Europe (Slovakia) and the USA. There is a flat shipping fee - $12 on all orders, no matter where we ship from or where we ship to. The only difference is the delivery time. You can find more information in the SHIPPING INFO section under each product.
We use the shipping service provided by Slovak Post & USPS. Both services ship the package to the country of destination, where it is taken over by the national postal service.

Other countries
- Delivery between 6-14 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries in Asia, Central and South America, Australia and New Zealand)

- First Class International Package - delivery between 8-15 business days

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your online purchase. In case your purse arrives and it is not in your taste, please let us know asap, we’ll happily accept a return as long as it is returned within 7 days of receipt and is unused.
