At this time, we are not experiencing any delays in order processing, however, delays in transit times for intercontinental orders may occur. You may notice that your order will take longer to reflect transit updates than you are used to, but we are doing everything we can to get your items to you. SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

- We ship worldwide from our studio in Slovakia, using the service provided by Slovak Post.

- We offer free standard worldwide shipping on all orders. 

- Delivery takes between 5 -14 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries in Asia, Central and South America)

- All packages are fully trackable

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery.

Changes to your order


Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular, we recommend double-checking your email address and delivery address. 

In case you wish to make a change after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.

Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives to you and is not in your taste, please let us know immediately, we’ll gladly accept a return of any item subject to the following conditions:

- the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase or within 7 days of receipt (in case the delivery period surpasses 30 days)

- items must be returned in original condition, unused  

- custom or special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

How to proceed:

 

Please contact us at info@alisobay.com and we will provide you with the detailed instructions for returning an item.

 

Once we receive the returned item you will receive a refund directly to the original method of payment used for purchase (excluding original shipping cost). You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalized.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Aliso Bay is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

 

For any return, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.
