We ship our items worldwide from our studios in Slovakia & the USA, using the shipping service provided by Slovak Post & USPS. Both services ship the package to the country of destination, where it is taken over by the national postal service.

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.

Changes to your order

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular, we recommend double-checking your email address and delivery address. 

In case you wish to make a change after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives to you and is not in your taste, please let us know immediately, we’ll gladly accept a return of any item subject to the following conditions:

- the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase or within 7 days of receipt (in case the delivery period surpasses 30 days)

- items must be returned in original condition, unused  

- custom or special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once we receive the returned item you will receive a refund directly to the original method of payment used for purchase (excluding original shipping cost). You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalized.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Aliso Bay is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.


For any return, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.
